the value of energy for pregnant woman
during period of pregnancy ,body of woman needs 200 Calories more than Normal situations(woman in normal situations between 19-50 years needs 1940 calories )especially in the last tree months.
we obtain this energy from foods elements:proteins ,Carbohydrates and saves.
vitamins dont give the energy but there are types like vitamins B is important for
generate the energy.

- take the rich food of ccomplex carbohydrates like black bread ,potato,Whole grains pulses ,it contains also vitamins and minerals ,it get energy during day.
-avoid to eat factory carbohydrates because it get energy fastly and not continue.
