the value of energy for pregnant woman
during period of pregnancy ,body of woman needs 200 Calories more than  Normal situations(woman in normal situations between 19-50 years needs 1940 calories )especially in the  last tree months.

we obtain this energy from foods elements:proteins ,Carbohydrates and saves.
vitamins dont give the energy but there are types like vitamins B is important for 
 generate the energy.
it has been  found each:
one gram of protains gives  1,4 from calories.
one gram  of Carbohydrates  gives 1,4 from calories.
one gram of saves   gives 1,4 from calories. 
on this party we expose  the important of this food elements and Food available to them:

   -proteins 

its  use to build and grow the Tissues until the feotus can grow with natural value.

* rich nurtiens of protains and the daily  Appropriate quantity
the body needs daily one gram  proteins each kg from  body weight ,this value become nearly 30 gram for pregnant woman
there are two type of proteins:
animal proteins come from meat, milk cheese bird and fish,it  contains essential amino acids.
vegetarian proteins it get from pulse,grain like beans,soybean , lentil  and cowpea.
to get  animal proteins eat frequent bird and meat fish  and minimise take meat beacause it causes big dangerous on heart healthy and arteries.

-source of energy
-the body use it to Melting and absorption vitamins  A,B.
-woman pregnant  must  to reduce from fats for protect from overweight.

-there is two types: 
animal fats is very dangerous on heart healthy and arteries like margane,butter and cream
vegeterien fats can increase the weight but it not dangerous this is like fats contain it in vegeterien oil nuts(like Nuts Almond ,Peanut ,avoca...).
advice to take mostly of  energy body needs from  complex  carbohydrates  instead of  sugar and fats.

carbohydrates
-include  sugars with its types and Starches like farine and starch
-pregnant woman needs the  carbohydrates particularly  in the last month with reason her need of  energy.
- take  the rich  food of  ccomplex carbohydrates like  black bread ,potato,Whole grains pulses ,it contains also vitamins and minerals ,it get  energy during day.
-avoid to eat  factory carbohydrates because it get energy fastly and not continue.
