this plan have to make 4 or 5 month before get pregnancy not after until own enough time.
this planing must be shared with your married.

during this visit ask your doctor all questions(food,Vaccines,weight...) ,tell him about your healthy problems(Previous diseases..).
demand him to do tests for discover ills and give you the treatment.
this step you help to prepare physically to receive foetus in the best conditions.
Avoid weariness and psychological stress:
do you know that fatigue and tiredness can be one of the cause that prevent to get pregancy.
take enough time to sleep.
Keep eating healthy food:
healthy food helps you to the acquisition of the necessary elements for pregnancy and grow foetus.
